Magic Beans
"The Magic Beans have been making big waves in their home state of Colorado for some time now, with their unique genre-blending sound and exciting shows. Since starting to tour just couple of years ago, they’ve caught the eyes and ears of many music lovers nationwide. Their annual Beanstalk Festival is also becoming quite the destination for the scene, growing in size and talent with each passing years. At the core of it all, Beans’ shows are a dance party, with an emphasis on original songwriting and extended segments of improvisation. [They] creatively invoke hints of your favorite live acts while managing to come across with a sound that is distinctly their own."

"Blended genres, instruments meeting electronics, improvisation, exciting live shows. That's pretty much the formula for a successful Boulder band right now. It can be tiring, finding the truly talented ones, so here's a hint: Magic Beans"
- Ashley Dean, Colorado Daily (Feb 22, 2012)

"Local Legends? That may be a bold statement, but the The Magic Beans are heading in the right direction.... a non-stop party that surely must have worn down more than a few pairs of dancing shoes... genres didn’t lack variety. When The Magic Beans took the stage something just screamed “headliner.” Their stage presence is as professional as it gets. They are always composed, but still let the crowd know they’re having a blast...these guys are really doing something that comes from the soul. It’s almost impossible to put a label on.... It seems like they are consistently pushing their limits.....The Magic Beans delivered a show that was nothing short of amazing between the songs they delivered and every positive emotion that came with them.... Like a dream, the night has come and gone"
- Don Tartaglione, SWAAGER (Mar 24, 2012)

The Magic Beans have shared the stage with an eclectic group of musicians: ranging from String Cheese Incident, Umphrey's McGee, Lotus, Disco Biscuits, Leftover Salmon, ALO, The Motet, to acts like Railroad Earth, Kyle Hollingsworth Band, Great American Taxi, Twiddle, Dopapod, Zac Deputy, Elephant Revival, Greensky Bluegrass, Split Lip Rayfield, Juno What, Papadosio, & The Werks just to name a few. They've performed over 700 shows as group across the nation, selling out venues as they go. They host the annual Beanstalk Music Festival in Colorado which plays host to international, national, and regional acts of all kinds.

Residing in Denver, first and foremost Yamn's heart is in their live
experience. One that scintillates the senses with courageous beats,
grooves that cause instant and contagious grins to ripple across the
undulating crowds, heart-warming peaks and head-banging rock riffs. With
more than 150,000 road miles after the original members met in the high
country town of Breckenridge, Colo., the trance-fusion rockers continue
hurtling toward their evolving vision.

That vision led to the recent release of their second full-length album,
Unity of Opposites. The 14 song, double-disc album covers Yamn's musical
versatility. Touching mainly on straight up Rock n' Roll and Live
Electronica, the music creates an original fusion.

The Unity of Opposites, is a very old Greek philosophy that dates back to
535-475 BC. The philosopher Heraclitus, Pre-Socratic Era, was the first to
recognize this way of thought. It is the thought that the existence of
one thing or condition depends on the co-existence of the opposite of that
thing or condition. Opposites create a tension between one another yet
necessitate themselves. There would be no up without a down, no left
without a right, and so forth. They manifest together.

Yamn chose this philosophical concept as the name of their album because
their music unifies two genres most consider to be opposite of one
another: hard rock and electronic music. It is this idea that led to the
band creating their double disc album with one disc leaning on electronica
and the other disc leaning on rock. The album makes the point that by
combing the two "opposites" genres, a band can create a fusion of sound
that is both original and enjoyable to the ear.

As their dedication, virtuosity and pure enjoyment propelled them through
music scene's across the United States, Yamn's focus remains on the here,
the now and the what-is-to-be while continually fulfilling the journey of
enhancing their lives and the lives of those listening with powerful and
seductive sounds.
Amoramora is a traveling, working, multipurpose rock and jazz fusion quartet from Boulder, Colorado. With members from Chicago, Cleveland, Washington D.C., and Boulder, the band formed after crossing paths in 2015 and has been performing, as well as expanding their extensive catalog with original material ever since. After gaining traction amongst the legendary students at the University of Colorado, the group of composers and multi-instrumentalists quickly jumped from packed house parties, to small bars, and then to bigger stages. An Amoramora experience is an eclectic mix of improvisational musical gumbo, blending and stirring together integral aspects of Progressive Funk, Psychedelic Rock, African High Life, Jazz, Bluegrass, and Soul. Astronomic compositions take the listener on an engaging journey while whimsical and captivating lyrics fuel the fire of musical imagery. The instrumentation of guitar, bass, percussion, trumpet, and EWI mixed in with vocal harmonies add up to truly original and endless musical possibilities – and have been proven to create large dance parties in cities like Denver, Boulder, Chicago, Breckenridge, Vail, Crested Butte, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, Fort Collins, Durango, Nederland, and more.
